Shipping & Returns

This policy will apply once orders open on Maulikta.

Shipping charges

• ₹49 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 or more (after discounts).

How your order is shipped

Products on Maulikta are sold and shipped by independent sellers. If your order includes items from more than one store, each store sends its items separately, so you may receive more than one parcel.

• Sellers dispatch orders within 2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code.
• Once a parcel is dispatched, the tracking number appears in your account.

Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and with any tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, these can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong:

• Opened nail paints, nail care and other cosmetics
• Earrings for pierced ears, nose pins and other body jewellery

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email support@maulikta.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return

1. Email support@maulikta.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We’ll confirm the return and share pickup or drop-off details for the seller’s address.
3. Once the seller receives and checks the item, we refund you within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
