Grievances
If you have a complaint about an order, a seller or the website, email support@maulikta.com with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

Each seller ships their own items from their own location, so an order from several stores arrives in several parcels, each with its own tracking.
